It started long before there was a company name or a business plan. Jason C. has been filming since the days of VHS camcorders — capturing everyday life, cutting together vacation recaps, directing sketches with friends, and eventually getting asked to film weddings. What started as a creative outlet gradually became something more.
Around 2012, Jason took a professional leap — investing in his first professional camera and beginning to shoot corporate events, training videos, and small business promos across Greater Boston. Word spread. Clients stayed. Chaze Films was born not from a business plan, but from a genuine love of the craft and a belief that video, done right, changes how a business is seen.
Today, Jason works alongside a tight-knit team of trusted collaborators — cinematographers, editors, motion designers, and strategists — to deliver video that doesn’t just look good, but actually works. Our average client has worked with us for over three years. That’s not an accident.

Jason has been filming digital content since digital cameras were affordable — quickly realizing he could do everything. While studying through working-class neighborhoods, he began documenting Boston’s communities and learned that film had the power to connect and change minds.
Jason’s true strength lies in storytelling. Jason has worked from a video team at a Fortune 500 company to his own studio, navigating the full range from a video idea to its success. He holds it all — the creative, the strategic, and the technical — moving fast and iterating even faster.
